I decided to draw up a map of the environment with the oracles to help my team better co-ordinate during the encounter. We personally preferred numbers for the oracles. Double spec is nice. Salvo good on ad clear and sniper good for oracles Know this doesn't answer OP specifically, but figured I'd give you an idea loadout to try etc. atheon dps is easily at grade if you're spamming your grenades so special doesn't really need to be used for boss.Atheon will create three Oracles in a sequence. The throne team must state the position of each Oracle. This gets tricky because the Oracles are located in odd spots that require both teams to be using the same reference point, else you'll get inverted callouts. A reconstruction succession won't oneshot, however it has enough shots to solo the first set of Atheon oracles. However high impact snipers will oneshot if you have enough distruptor mods. Personally, I use xenophage to solo the oracle encounter, and then use succession to solo first set of oracles in Atheon.
For the Atheon oracles, count to 5 when you spawn in and pop golden gun. Once you know where they spawn (I hope it hasn't changed because it now borders on muscle memory) the first 3 are down immediately and you can teamshot the last 4 much more effectively. Non-crit weapons work better, like fusions, grenade launchers, witherhoard, rocket launchers, and anarchy. The trick to Atheon is using your abilities more than anything.
